What you ride starts with what we believe

Vom Material bis zur Zertifizierung – bei TOURELLY zählt jedes Detail.

Here you’ll get deep insights into the development, manufacturing, and conviction behind your new pedal.

Development in Austria

Our pedal doesn’t start
onpaper – it begins with
precise FEM simulations
and extensive road
testing – for maximum
performance with minimal
material use.

Feedback drives our development. From the first sketches, our engineers create precise 3D models using advanced CAD software. Even at this early stage, we focus on every detail – from load distribution and material topology to the functional integration of all components.

Next, we create the first prototypes using industrial 3D printing. These tangible models help us realistically assess handling and identify potential weak points early on. This phase already reveals areas for improvement – whether in ergonomics, material layout, or the clip-in mechanism.

Once the geometry is convincing, we test structural performance virtually. FEM simulations (Finite Element Method) help us pinpoint critical stress zones and strategically reduce weight – without compromising structural integrity.

If the simulations pass, we finalize the CAD data and technical drawings and hand them off to our production partners in Austria. That’s where the first prototypes made of titanium, stainless steel, and ceramic are produced – under the exact same conditions as in future series production.

That’s how every idea becomes a functional product. Step by step. Precisely thought through. Made in Austria.

Manufactured in Austria

Our pedal is manufactured in close collaboration with specialized production partners directly in Austria. This ensures short supply chains, top-tier craftsmanship, and complete control – down to the smallest detail.

Every TOURELLY pedal is manufactured in Austria – with premium quality and short supply chains.

We work with partners who bring years of experience in cycling and component manufacturing.

Austria offers traditionally strong expertise in metalworking – especially in steel machining and precision manufacturing. We build on this industrial foundation to ensure top quality, flexibility, and responsible production.

Built for the road – with materials that deliver performance.

Titanium, stainless steel, and ceramic – specifically chosen for maximum stiffness, minimal friction, and long-lasting durability. For those who want to feel more.

Our pedals feature a high-strength Grade 5 titanium axle with a large shaft diameter – for maximum stiffness at minimum weight.

The pedal body, made of stainless steel, withstands even the toughest loads. Precisely integrated ceramic bearings minimize friction, run smoothly and durably, and require minimal maintenance.

Every detail – from spacer geometry to drum cover – is engineered to strike the perfect balance between function, weight, and durability.

All materials come from industrially proven sources and ensure safety and long-lasting performance – kilometer after kilometer.

From the test bench to alpine roads

Every component is
rigorously tested –
in the lab under extreme
stress, and out on the road
in wind, weather,
and full sprint.

Before any TOURELLY pedal goes into series production, it must first prove itself – in our in-house test stands and under real-world conditions in the field. We simulate forces and cycles that far exceed standard test values.

Every pedal undergoes:

  • Impact tests for structural integrity

  • Impact tests for structural integrity

  • Endurance-tested with over 100,000 revolutions under constant load

After passing lab testing, real-world road tests follow – in demanding terrain: steep alpine climbs, fast descents, and hard sprints – in rain, wind, heat, and dust.

The goal is absolute reliability – whether in racing or everyday riding. No compromises – just verified confidence.

Reliability, certified

Our pedal is
tested by
independent
institutes – certified
for safety,
quality, and technical
performance.

Before any TOURELLY pedal enters production, it is thoroughly tested by external, independent testing institutes. State-of-the-art measurement technology is used to evaluate mechanical load capacity, material behavior, and safety under real-life conditions.

These tests simulate extreme forces and long-term use – often going beyond industry standards.

Only when all requirements are met, a test protocol is issued – documenting the durability and safety of our product.

For us, it’s more than a document: it’s a visible mark of our commitment to quality, durability, and engineering excellence.

Fewer emissions – more substance

Short supply chains, regional production, and durable materials: TOURELLY chooses substance over show – and integrates sustainability from the very beginning.

TOURELLY represents a new generation of products: locally manufactured, built to last, and free from unnecessary chemicals. We deliberately avoid long supply chains – our partners produce exclusively in Austria.

This saves resources, reduces emissions, and secures local expertise. At the same time, the environment, the economy, and the people who use our products all benefit.

For us, sustainability isn’t about green promises – it’s about lasting reality: thoughtful design, robust materials, and local production that endures.
